The Board of Directors is the supreme body of the organization, whose primary responsibility is to hold all tangible and intangible assets as a trust and preserve the founding principles described in the Articles of Incorporation.
The Board of Directors is also responsible for the overall management of Gwinnett Islamic Circle, Inc., either directly or through its agents.
The Board defers the daily management of various units to appropriate management committees, each headed by a manager. These managers, along with other at-large managers (appointed by the Board), constitute the Board’s management agents. The Board and management managers together form a general Management Council.
